The apartment has a fixed fee per week or per fortnight throughout the year, regardless of the number of people staying.

£250 per week which includes complementary welcome basket of tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, all linen, towels and pool towels.

£450 per two-weeks stay with clean sheets and a maid visit half-way through your holiday.

Longer stays are available, prices on request.

Although we do not ask a security deposit we would ask that you cover the cost of anything broken or damaged during your stay.  There is a full inventory of the apartment in the dresser.
